One Percent Better: Finding My Voice in the Flow

Hey, hello there, friend!

October feels like a bridge between where I'm and where I’m going. In the studio, things have been beautifully full: fresh commissions, custom installations, and those magical delivery days that make all the hard work worth it. My collectors’ homes are turning into colorful reflections of who they are, and that’s the best reward of all.

At the same time, my podcast Decoding the Flow has been stretching me in new ways. I’ll be honest, it’s hard to listen to myself sometimes. My voice, my pauses, my nervous laughter… But I keep reminding myself: growth isn’t supposed to sound perfect.

They say the first 100 episodes are when you truly start finding your voice, and I believe that.

Imagine getting just 1% better with each conversation. Not rushing the process, but letting it unfold, episode after episode, like layers of paint revealing the full picture. That’s creative consciousness in action: showing up, facing your fears, and trusting the vision even when it feels far away.

I can create entire solo shows every month, write blogs, books, and market myself, but oh boy, public speaking that eloquently? Let’s just say… we’ll get back to this conversation after 100 episodes, shall we?

On another note, I recently lost the opportunity to paint my first international mural. For a moment, I felt disappointed, but then, I realized it only cleared space for brighter ideas. That’s how I know I’m on the right path. The flow never closes one door without opening another, more aligned one.

So here I am, in full creation mode, preparing for the holidays, refining my voice, and saying yes to the next chapter. Because maybe the magic isn’t in mastering it all. Maybe it’s in becoming, one percent at a time.
