SHIPPING & RETURNS
• All sales of original artwork are final.
• Art prints are made to order and are non-returnable. If your order arrives defective or damaged, please let us know within 48 hours.
• Claims for damaged items by the carrier must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving package. If at all possible, please take photo of box and item (if opened). Save all materials as the carrier may require it, before item is picked up and returned.
• For all of our products, We only accept returns on items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly with in 48 hours after receiving the order.
• Every piece is made to order, making each one uniquely yours!
• Each print is handmade, just for you. Expect your print to ship within 7 days of placing your order. We pack these up with love and care in custom boxes to ensure they arrive to you safe.
• For International orders, all canvas up to 30"x30" will be sent rolled and unstretched to save some cost, but you will have to pay for the canvas to be stretched by a framer in your area. Also, you will be responsible for paying any import taxes or customs duties in your country, so please research these potential costs before placing an order.
• We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) with orders over $25.00!
• All of our products if in stock will be ship within 3 business days.
• When your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation. Once the item is fulfilled you will also receive an email with your tracking information.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
• All orders shipping within the state of California are subject to sales tax.
