My Go-To Podcasts and Music for Creative Flow

Hey, hello there, friend!

Here’s a little fun fact about me: I’m at the gym almost every day (I love lifting weights and doing some cardio), and when I’m not working out, I’m in the studio creating. The interesting part? I don’t listen to music the way most people do. While I know it’s common to pump up the volume with music, I prefer to listen to podcasts or classical music.

When I need to focus, classical music is my go-to. It’s like magic. When I need full attention, focus, and flow, classical music flips a mental switch in my brain—it instantly gets me into action mode, which is exactly what I need when I’m creating.

I'm sharing with you my favorite podcasts and music that work for me, and I hope to spark some inspiration for you.

My Go-To Podcasts and Music for Creative Flow

  1. Huberman Lab Podcast – Andrew Huberman’s podcast has been a game-changer for me. He dives into neuroscience and how our brain affects everything from creativity to well-being. It’s like a masterclass on optimizing the mind for creativity, and health.

  1. Know Thyself – This one has been all about interviews from spiritual educators to cutting edge scientists. It’s a powerful reminder to keep coming back to who I truly am, what drives me, and how to align my life and work with my truest values. It’s the perfect balance of deep reflection and practical advice.

  1. School of Greatness with Lewis Howes – I love this one for motivation and interviews with world-class game changers in entrepreneurship, science, health, mindset, and relationships. It’s filled with actionable takeaways from thought leaders, athletes, and creatives that push me to step into my best self.

  2. Old Metaphysical Audiobooks – And finally, I’ve been obsessing over old metaphysical books on audiobook. The timeless wisdom and insights from these ancient texts always leave me feeling more grounded and connected to the bigger picture. It’s like having a secret portal to an entirely new world of ideas and perspectives.

  3. Classical Music, when I need full attention, focus, and flow, my way yo go is listening to classical music. It works like magic! It works like a light switch in my brain when iis time to focus,a dn get into action, meaning creating.

These podcasts and audiobooks have been a big part of my creative journey lately. They’ve helped me tap into new levels of inspiration, perspective, and self-awareness that I never knew I needed.
