A Note Before I’m Back

Hey, hello there, friend!

... from a few days ahead!

I’m writing this before heading to Italy, knowing it will go live while I’m still away. It feels a little funny to write from the “before,” but also very fitting for this in-between moment.

By the time you’re reading this, I’m soaking up time with family, moving slowly, gathering stories, and letting myself be fully present. I come back on January 11, and I already know I’ll have so much to share with you, both personally and creatively.

Before I left, I wrapped up my 60 days of creating with so much gratitude. This collection stretched me in all the right ways, and the energy exchanged through this community made it incredibly meaningful. Thank you for showing up, supporting the work, and allowing it to travel into your world.

And one more thing I’m really excited about…Before leaving, I recorded my first two solo episodes of the Decoding the Flow podcast. They’ll be going live back-to-back, and I would truly love for you to listen (or watch). These episodes feel honest, reflective, and very aligned with this season of transition and intention.
