Part of Second Light — March 2026 Edition, this work was revisited in the studio and evolved with new layers, allowing the atmosphere of the scene to fully emerge.
 
STUDIO NOTES
 
Most of my paintings are inspired by the ocean and coastal landscapes, so this snowy scene holds a unique place in my studio practice.
 
While revisiting this piece, I was drawn to the peaceful energy of snow-covered mountains beneath a glowing moon. 
 
Reimagining the painting allowed me to deepen the colors in the sky and bring more light into the scene, creating a dreamy atmosphere that feels both distant and serene.
