STUDIO NOTES: I love painting local landmarks, especially the areas that are part of my everyday life… but for some reason, I had never painted this angle before. And now I’m obsessed.I love the semi-abstract details in this piece, and if you’re local, you might even spot the tiny miniature clock at the end of the plaza. Let me know if you find it! And of course… the rainbow.Rainbows always carry meaning for me, connection, hope, beauty after contrast, a reminder that life is always speaking if you’re willing to look.
